RigWright
Sling tension, load angle factor and a PDF lift plan.
What it does
RigWright works out the tension in each sling leg from the load, the hitch and the angles, compares it against the Working Load Limit you enter, and exports a lift plan as a PDF.
Support
Questions, bugs, or a calculation that looks wrong? Email tprippy@gmail.com and a real person will reply. Tell us what you entered and what you expected — that is usually enough to find it.
Common questions
Does it know my slings' capacity?
No. You enter the Working Load Limit from your own sling tag. RigWright ships no ASME tables and no manufacturer capacity charts — only the trigonometry.
Can I plan a lift with this?
It is an aid, never the sole basis for a lift. Every result must be verified by a qualified, competent rigger against the manufacturer's tags and ratings.
